“This is a handy kitchen item that can replace a bulky strainer! I used it to make pasta and found it to be super sturdy and helpful. There are strainer clips to the side and it’s made with silicone material. Very easy to use and wash afterward! The box says “all sized pots”, but this would work best on a larger sized pot for making a pound of spaghetti, and not a smaller pot for making a box of mac and cheese.”

This works exactly as advertised. It fits snuggly on a variety of my different-sized pots. I can use both hands to hold the pot and slowly pour off the hot water and if my sink is full of dirty dishes, I don’t have to empty it to have room to set down a strainer. I’ve been using it for at least half a year now and it’s holding up great. We wash it on the top rack of the dishwasher.
I love the fact that I don’t need to use my metal colander. It just snaps onto my pots and holds back the pasta. The color makes it easy to find and would make a great addition to any kitchen.
