The Duggar Watch continues! A recent price cut refueled interest in an Arkansas mansion owned by reality TV titans Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar. Once listed for $1.8 million, the price on the Duggar manse was sliced to $1.45 million just over a week ago. And that reduction helped propel their place to the top of this week’s most popular homes on ®.

Even after an impressive overhaul, the home hasn’t found a buyer as of yet. Perhaps a price cut will do the trick.

Speaking of cuts, former NFL star Phil Simms recently relisted his massive New Jersey mansion for $5.3 million, a nearly $3 million slice from the $8.25 million asking he was seeking for the property in 2017. The discounted home of the New York Giants great tackled plenty of clicks this week.

You also clicked on a freshly remodeled midcentury modern in Georgia priced at just $325,000, a historic home in Alabama listed for less than $150K, and a beautiful brick Tudor in Connecticut.
